Hello to the board!

just finished a 10 week cycle, gained 22 lbs ((at 217 lbs), went up to 222 lbs by the end of the Dbols)... a lot stronger, almost brake peoples hands when I shake them now...

Week 1-4 Dbol 20mg ED
Week 1-10 Test E 400mg EW

took the advice of the board and got a real trainer for workout and nutritional plan...

Time to start PCT...

a few follow up questions:

1. at about week 8, left nipple got sensitive and a bit harder... started Nolva 20 mg/day... did not improve much, went to 30mg/day... is improving now...

Should I continue the Nolva until the sensitivity and hardiness is gone?

2. planning doing Clomid, starting one week after last pin for two weeks.... 100/50... any suggestions?

PCT is wrong. Wait two weeks after last pin and run
Clomid and Nolva for 4 weeks
100/100/50/50 and 40/40/20/20

why is it wrong? His nipple got sensitive and harder(probably start of some gyno) so he's doing the right thing by using nolva already.

And about the first week 40mg of nolva: Research has shown that 40mg instead of 40mg for PCT doesn't make it better so stick to 20mg for 4 weeks as PCT.

His PCT is wrong because using nolva on cycle for gyno is not PCT
Also starting it a week after his last Test E injection is incorrect
Using Clomid only for two weeks is onec again not sufficient for PCT

Bro, no advice is better than the wrong advice.

The nolva is helping his gyno.(or what we think it is).

Clomid=100/50/50/50

Nolva = 40/20/20/20.

Some run slightly different amounts as Noles12 has pointed out.

But, he is correct.

Thanks for the feedback! didn't consider the nolva for the gyno PCT, just for gyno... figured my PCT didn't look right... thanks again for setting me straight...

Question: given that the gyno clears up fine in a few days more... should I still do the nolva with the Clomid for PCT as you suggested?
