    First Cycle

    I just ordered some Anavar and DBol. I'm pretty sure they're legit so i hope it works.

    Does anyone know how to dose these? And in what order to do it? I wanna start Anavar first cuz it's gonna arrive first and I wanna start soon haha. I don't wanna do anything drastic or look huge, just a bit more mass but I wanna be lean n cut (I'm thinking a beefier ryan renolds). Any advice on doses n timing n stuff? I heard 20-50 mgs/day for Anavar and 10 mgs/day for Dianabol was fine (supposedly Arnold used that?). I don't mind taking the minimal doses honestly. As bad as it sounds, I don't wanna do needles. I know it's more effective, but I don't really want to go hardcore haha I've been reading around and it seems like mostly everyone will tell me I'm too young to start, but I will start anyway. I just want to make sure I'm doing it as safe as possible, hence why I'm asking advice. Kinda like sex. You could tell a kid to wait til they have sex, but if they're deadset on doing it, you're gonna give the kid a condom cuz you want him safe even if you don't agree.

    Bro, go to the diet section and post your diet.

    Do not do any cycle at your age.

    That is a horrible first cycle anyways.

    Put that stuff on a shelf and forget about any of it, PLEASE!

    There are some excellent diet experts here on the forum that will get you pointed in the right direction.

    You are extremely light for your height.

    I've been hearing it's a bad first cycle elsewhere too. Why is that?

    And I wanted to do the slingshot method I read somewhere else on this forum. I been doin something similar, though not quite the same. A week would be generally
    Day 1 and 2: No carbs. Only protein and good fats and vegetables
    Day 3 and 4: Add low gylcemic carbs
    Day 5 and 6: Add high and low glycemic carbs
    Day 7: Cheat day (like some unhealthy fats)

    All 5-6 meals a day. I've lost a lot of fat that way, but I'm a hard gainer. At 17 I was about the same height and weight 240 lbs then had a growth spurt n went down to 135 lbs in the next year and a half. Never had any muscle in either stages haha Ive tried bulking and got up to 180 n now I've cut back down to 165 with some actual muscle on for once haha I've probably gained about 10-15 lbs of lean hard muscle in the past 2 years cuz I still got some fat on me and I know when I had essentially no fat and no muscle I weighed 135 for reference.

    Sigh, seriously. Spend 15 minutes doing some research on these forums alone and you will read why its not a good first cycle, second cycle, anytime cycle. Its a assinine combo.

    Then you go on to say you have gained 15 pounds of lean muscle in the last two years, yet you say your a hard gainer? WTF is that? The very fact your able to make real gains like that alone tell me you are not a hard gainer and that you do not need steroids yet. Your still making steady strong gains natually.

    Do some real research and rethink what your doing before you do something you can never take back.

    I didn't know 15 lbs every two years was actually good. It felt slow even though I'm proud of the fact that I followed through all 2 years to get my results. I thought it was actually slower than normal haha Thanks.

    I think the ironic part is that I would've never run into all this steroid-free health and fitness information unless I was considering steroids in the first place instead of dicking around everywhere trying to find workouts and diets that actually worked. :P
