I used to go the gym 3-4 times a week for almost a year but reached a plateau.

I know I should eat 5 times a day and my protein intake should be 1-1.5gm per pound (I weigh 152lbs; 5ft10) but how many calories carbs fibers should I start with and will I increase this during the cycle if so when and by how much?
