i started my clen 2 week cycle and had a few questions
1)when should i do cardio i usually take the liquid clen at 1030am when i wake up. so should i run first then take it? or take it then go run? or should i run after my workout from 500 to 630?
it usually take about an 30-45 min to kick in and feel it pretty good for about 5 hours then its starts to wear off
2)also maybe i just had a bad first workout on clen but it seemed my strength dropped just a little bit is this normal?
3) on my workouts should i start increasing my reps to something like 3 sets of 12?
