Hairloss and Anti E HELP

Can Aromasin cause major hair loss in men? I'm on trt and using it. Rapid thinning all around.

Possibly in an indirect way. Are you on a 5-ar blocker? If not, all your testosterone would normally convert to both DHT and Estrogen. If your only killing the enzyme for Estrogen conversion, all your testosterone will convert to DHT...meaning you'll have more DHT and more hairloss.

Get on a 5-ar if you're not on one. If you are on one, the Aromasin is not the problem, you just have more test in your system from the TRT...meaning you'll have more DHT and more hairloss.

oh ive been on propecia for a long time. However I have reduced a blast dose of test from 500mg+ down to a TRT dose of around 200mg per week. Do you think thats whats to blame?

That's very interesting. You've lowered the amount of test in your system and now you're losing hair...I would suspect the Aromasin also. I can't imagine that's the problems though. All you're doing is lowering Estrogen. Unless someone comes on here and says hairloss is a rare side effect, I'd say it's coincidence. All 5-ar's stop working at some point. Still seems weird though. Wish I could be more help.
