lot numbers

i have some qv enanthate, it is a 10ml bottle. i have heard a lot of bad things about it . pain and dirty. in particular the batch that has the lot #qve-004 and exp oct /04. well sure enough i have that on my bottles. is it a given that i will experience the same others have? what exactly do these numbers mean?

you can check your numbers there...where did you here about the problem with the bottles with those numbers..i have a bottle that has the numbers qvd-3-004...hope my shit isn't bad...bump for others opinions..Madmax..
