If its what I think it is its best when taken with at test, such as SUS. It is not as effective when taken alone like most steroids. Your probably better off taking Winstrol if your going to take it alone.

There's a shitload of prohormones on the market with names just like steroids - that sounds like one of them. Some of the products i've seen advertised are named:
Decavar
D-bol (a prohormone named d-bol!)
Winnie V
Equidren
Masterbolan
Anodrol
Sustenol
Primobolan Acetate
Testetherone

All of these are prohormones - none of them are anabolic steroids. Do they work? Half the people on this board will say yes - mostly young people - half of this board will say no - mostly older people who have used steroids in the past.
