critique my FIRST cycle please

weeks 1-16 dutasteride- .5mg ED
weeks 1-12 arimidex - .5mg EOD
weeks 1-12 clomid- 100mg EOD
weeks 1-12 HCG - 500iu every 5 days OR weeks 9-12 *HELP WITH CHOICE*
weeks 1-12 TEST E 250ml every 3 and a half days/84 hours

PCT
weeks 13-14 HCG 250iu-500iu ED
weeks 13-16 Nolvadex 20mg ED

Still too early for you to start on steroids . Also 14% to 17% bf is a huge difference.

The cycle you posted doesnt make sense to me specially if your goal is to put on weight. Id take some time if I was you and read educate myself about steroids and their effects/side effect. Also the important thing for you at the moment is to eat well whle training. Take some time and read the diet section, post yur current diet and explain your goal and someone will help you. Also make sure you read sticky notes for newbies.

i did get help wit my diet about 7 or 8 months ago in the diet section. but wut doesn't make sense about it????....is it the hcg ???...hcg is because i don't want my nuts to shrink. lets say my bf% is 15. i know im young but i made my decision of takin steroids and so the thing for me know would be to get help with my cycle to minimize the side effects

dont run clomid and armidex through the cycle, use the armidex only if ur nipples become sensivie, u can use the hcg during the cycle but not in pct. Dont start ur pct until week 14 and use nolva and clomide for 4 weeks

well if ur running armidex (which can slow your gains) theres no point in using the clomid as well. Pct start 2 weeks after ur last injection of test nolva 40mg for 4 weeks and clomid 100g 1st week and 50mg 2nd 3rd and 4th week

by the way i dont use an ai as im not at all gyno prone. Id still run the cycle without it until i started getting any hint of sensativity. If you start using the armidex at this point you wont be building up any tis breast tissue anyway

the hcg is fine, but again i wouldnt use it personaly until if and when your balls shrink. Dont run hcg while in pct as its suppresive to your hpta during this time. And with the armidex thats completly ur call, i dont use it at all while others on the board use it how you plan to

Do not run Clomid on cycle. Also hold the adex until you feel any sides. I personally wouldnt even bother with HCG on a cycle that light.

Also my pct would be:
Nolva 40mg for 2 weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks
clomid 50mg for 2 weeks then 25mg for 2 weeks

Thats how I run mine with much harsher cycles and I receover very well.

but i don't even wanna take the chance of gettin sides cuz most likely im gyno prone. one time wen i was like 13, if i would squueze my nipples, drips of a liquid would come out. so better safe than sorry. also, since my cycle lite the i would run the hcg lite

i been resaearchin on here and i read conflictin ways on how to use hcg . so my question is, will i be alright to run hcg from 1-12 weeks of my cycle?, is that a correct way to run it?
