First cycle help!!

Hi there i started my 1st cycle 20 days ago, had my 4th jab today, i am doing 1ml of nandrotest 500 every 5 days. When do i need to come off and for how long? and do i up my dose on second cycle? any help would be much appreciated as i am new to this. thanks

Truthfully, you need to work with what you have naturally, at your age you have a alot of testosterone floating around which you can work with and build really decent body, dont shutdown your system when its not fully developed yet. Go down to the diet section and post your diet and guys down there will re-design it so you can get start building some more mass.

You dont need to plan a cycle or pct, you can damage yourself if you use AAS at your age, ive told you and many other members have told you that you need to sort your diet out and at your age AAS are not for you.

Go to the PCT section and read. Get what you need for PCT and get off cycle. Do not cycle again for 5-6 years.

my friend has been on for 3 years he is only 20 now he eats well and trains hard besides being huge he has had no side effects, i know many people my age doing them, if i am going to carry on with them what do i need to do in breif? thanks

To sum up, your friend will probably never be able to have kids, he probably wont be able to get a hard on when he does come off cycle and he will probably have to go on HRT for life and i am only giving you a slight insight to what probably will happen.

I dont think you will find any experience bodybuilder to give a 19yr old advice on cycling because the right advice is to tell you not to cycle untillyou are fully developed, your hormonal system hasnt fully developed yet and by shutting it down it will cause you serious sides you dont want in your 20's. Concentrate on food it will transform your body if you know what your doing.

absurd. come back to me in 10 to 15 years when your friend is impotent and can't get erections and tell me he hasn't had any sides. guys like you and your friend are exactly why steroids have such a bad reputation. pitiful.

Ive took all advice on board and have decided to come off them, atleast till im 22 23? do i just stop taking them or is it not as simple as that? also i have made up a daily plan for what i eat ect.
