Just started new Test E/eq cycle...Sufficient dosing?
Just pinned after bout 2 months of research.
stats
6'0
age 30
183lbs.
2800-3200 calories a day.
My question and I have gotten mixed reviews. Im not looking to blow up but maybe add about 5-10lbs of lean muscle while getting some collagen rebuilt up through eq. Is my dosing sufficient for my goals. I know diet and WO routine have alot to do with this but want to know if I will meet my goals with this cycle.
My first shot was Test E 300mg/Eq 400mg once a week. And will be running L-dex with any bloating signs. Pct is in check.
Again I see that most responses will be 500mg of Test E, but again not your average joe looking to blow up but make some good lean gains. Will take all suggestions into consideration.
