Just started new Test E/eq cycle...Sufficient dosing?

Just pinned after bout 2 months of research.
stats
6'0
age 30
183lbs.
2800-3200 calories a day.

My question and I have gotten mixed reviews. Im not looking to blow up but maybe add about 5-10lbs of lean muscle while getting some collagen rebuilt up through eq. Is my dosing sufficient for my goals. I know diet and WO routine have alot to do with this but want to know if I will meet my goals with this cycle.

My first shot was Test E 300mg/Eq 400mg once a week. And will be running L-dex with any bloating signs. Pct is in check.
Again I see that most responses will be 500mg of Test E, but again not your average joe looking to blow up but make some good lean gains. Will take all suggestions into consideration.

looks about right if your not willin to go up to 500 on the test lol

If you want lean gains then try keeping test where it is and up the EQ to 600mg wk. I would also suggest to run the EQ for atleast 14wks. I know its not the standard everyone around here goes they will all say test only but in your case test at a trt dose 200mg wk or even 300mg wk and a higher dose of EQ would be fine IMO with the goals you have.

Nice cycle,a little on the weak side but nice. How long are you planning on running it?

what would you say would be the differences between a 500mg ew vs 300mg ew could potentially see? Big differences?

I plan on running a 12 week cycle and with eq stopping it one week before the test e. Will debate closer to the end of the cycle on as wether to continue a 1-3 more weeks depending on the results im experiencing. I might give the eq a boost to around 500-600mg, haven't decided yet.

You will need to run the EQ longer than that to get best results 14-16 wks. Just remember the undecanoate ester in EQ is the longest ester that is used that I know of longer the ester longer it needs to be run.

if he runs eq for 14 weeks dosent he have to run test for 16weeks?

thanks guys for the replies i think i decided on a 400mg test e for 12 weeks and 600 mg eq. ew for 14 weeks.

are you only pinning once a week?

I have decided to pin twice a week 200 test/300eq e3.5 days.

No. You don't want to run the eq two weeks past the test. Flip those test for 14 and eq for 12. Don't listen to those who say it should be ran for 16 weeks. That would call for 18 weeks of test. That is too long.

yeah your right. I also meant to stop the eq first but didn't say it correctly because eq stays in your system longer than test, my bad.

Those calories are looking weak. I am no expert by any means but I would definitely up them by atleast 500.

i had good results with low test and eq though i only wish i ran the cycle longer eg:16week test 14 week eq.....
