I would def use some Dbol 40mg for 4-6 weeks. Test 14 weeks and Deca 12 as stated above.

im not going to increase my test. my last cycle was 500mg test e/week and 300mg deca/week for 15 weeks and it worked great. I'm increasing the deca on this cycle to get a little more size. and since its winter, i dont care about water bloat.

Throughout cycle to keep bloat/estro sides down. If u run an ai (arimidex) during cycle, theres no real reason to run an ai during pct as well. Just use nolva/clomid in pct if u run arimidex throughout cycle leading up to day 1 of pct. Id also run hcg throughout cycle at 500iu/week or run 1000iu/week last 5 weeks leading up to day 1 of pct, ur choice, both work just fine and help tons with recovery! Especially with something as strong as deca or any 19-nor for that matter. Good luck bro, im on week 13 now of very similar cycle and loving it!

Thanks for advise wukillabee. my arimdex is .5mg/cap. how much should I run everday? i've also got clomid for pct, im running it 100/50/50/50.

Also i would throw in some bromo for progresteron(SP?) gyno . Also vitamin b6 or b12 helps with progresteron gyno as well i forget wich one as it helped with tren gyno for me. Take just as a precaution and its like 5$ at walmart.

nope. urban myth.

TRT dose is suitable to sustain libido, no matter how much of a 19-nor you're doing.
