    thinking of trying a cycle...

    hello all.. wonder if i can get some advise on trying a cycle or not. let me start by some stats
    33 years old
    5´9
    230
    bf% dont know
    my diet right now that i'm starting is:

    07:00am 30mins walk and 30-40mins elliptical machine
    08:00am 100g oatmeal with a little skin milk and 1 scoop peanutbutter and 1 fruit
    10:00am protein shake
    12:00pm 100g grilled chicken breast, half cup brown rice or wholewheat pasta
    03:00pm protein shake, 1 fruit
    05:00pm workout
    07:00pm 2cans tuna, salad 200g steamed vegetables

    from the looks of me i am thinking of doing a 8week cycle of winstrol , cymotel(t3), and epherdrine

    looking for some options about it....

    No cycle..... not unless you want to have even more problems. Start reading and learn more.

    You need to learn what to eat, when to eat it and forget weights for a while and stick to cardio....MORE cardio...

    so the diet i'm starting is not a good one?

    i disagree with forget weights.. You will gain much more benifit if you have a suitable weights program while still doing high amounts of cardio. Get your diet in check in the diet section and dont worry about the cycle.

    OK what I really mean it focus more on cardio than weights. yes it good to weight train also but keep the heartbeat up while doing it and dont worry about getting BIG for a while.

    No your diet needs help also. I'm sure it's a LOT better than it has been for years but please visit the diet section and post it there, you will get a lot of help critiquing it.

    Dont even think about doing a cycle of any type for a long time though. The more you read the more you will realize why. Really it's unhealthy for you even doing clen at this stage is not a good idea. The only miracle is eating healthy and exercise.
