Busted via USPS or Fedex/UPS which is more trouble?
Hypothetically, in the USA are you in more trouble being busted via the USPS than Fedex or UPS or the same? I heard you are in more trouble if you are busted and it was via the USPS? At my high school class reunion a classmate was busted and going to court in the future about it and another classmate is a mailman and said he thought he was probably in even more trouble because it was thru USPS? Thanks

I would think that the only ones who really cares (if at all) is the USPS. My people use all 3 and i had to put a halt on signature required from usps and requested that they use ups or fed ex. My last shipment was with ups.

Yea...I would think USPS since it is a government run postal service. BUT...if your gonna get busted and have to do time. I would surely rather do federal time anyday!!

Are you talking about international shipping or domestic. With either one there is not much of a difference. You can be charged with USPS and UPS both federally and/or state!
