is RUnning EQ for 8 weeks ok ......so people say 10 weeks....
and it takes a while to kick in ...but id rather an even 2months on /2months off
i should still see results right?
IMO, 10 weeks would be better, but 8 will suffice. did you research this at all bro? at 6' 190lbs and low body fat, it sounds to me like you should try to bulk a little.
YEAH i have do quite alot of reasearch actually.
actually im reall 5'10 but
i used to be 145lbs worked out for 4 hard long years naturally
now 190....i pretty much think i pushed myself to the limit naturally.
i don't really want to be too huge, just my personal goal..and i think an even 200lbs would be good for me
