    ****!!!

    Ok on day 14 of dbol,test and tren, trained legs today, after some intense squats, my lower back feels ****in ****ed... i mean i had to lie down in this wierd position to stop my self screaming... this back pump is ****ed, any ideas on how to avoid it?

    lol havt done my back bro, guess ill just have to spread my workouts for my legs thru the week

    lol its the lower back pump. i was in your shoes... after each set of squats i used to lie on bench until my bcak felt fine

    I know the feeling, deadlifts and squats are the worst. After a leg day I have to limp around looking like an old man for a while, and it still takes a good hour before it's all gone.
