    Winstrol Depot/Deca-Durabolin

    Hi

Have a close friend who is currently running a cycle of Winstrol Depot/Deca-Durabolin and is experiencing nice gains. I'm thinking about doing the same thing. It's not my friends first cycle and he has run deca/winny before without a hitch, but it will be my first cycle.

Is this a good mix to start with? Pros/Cons?

NEGATIVE dont do it man, BAD IDEA

both are very suppressive especially deca.

do u not to NOT be able to get boners? thats one of the many bad things that can happen

most if not all steroid cycles need a form of testosterone as a base because your natural test will be shut down

    that said... what is your?

No steroid experience. Been weight training intermittently for 5-6 yrs through my sporting teams. Been on a heavy weight program since January this year (4-5 days per week in the gym). Had gained about 5-6kg but recently got sick and lost all of that

alright, you re pretty damn thin at that height. depending on your goals you need to put on some more weight NATURALLY with a good clean bulking diet that will call for about 6-8 meals/day

if you do some research and maybe post up your diet in the diet forum some guys in there can give you some advice and possibly sample diets

trust me man, try to get to AT LEAST 185lbs natually before you touch steroids. you will be grateful you did

oh and throw some knowledge at your friend and let him know he is doing it all wrong and to do some research. do not get advice from him

I admit for the best part of my adult life my diet has been $hit. I eat like a horse but there's a lot of pizza and mcdonalds make up a good proportion of my diet! Lately i've been pretty strict and have set out what i think is a good diet plan and i'm sticking to it. I'll post it in the diet section for comment when i can.

I'm thinking it'll take me 5yrs to build up to 90kg from 67kg! What's the advantage in building naturally before using AAS?

importance is to maximize your gains man

AAS arent a quick fix or a scape route at that. if you dont know how to diet and gain natually, AAS wont help u. its all about diet and training. AAS dont play as big of role

like i said though. depends on your goals. i dont believe there is a set weight peop HAVE to reach to use AAS. look at guys that fight MMA for example. a 170er doesnt NEED to be 210. some are in it for diff reasons
