Cycle help!

I've looked up on lots of cycles and I'm still confused. Can you take Deca on a novice cycle? And what with? How many times a week and how much each time???? Lots of questions I know, I'm not good on a computer.

thats not very nice? I am trying. like i said im not to red hot on the computer! i thought i had found one. but after having it read back to me it didnt seem right. so thats why i come back to what i thought was the right place

at the top of this very section there are educational threads, that answer those questions and more. clicking a thread and reading it is easier than posting a thread, so computer skills should not be limiting you here.

I'm just about always here, many of us are. check out the educational threads then post what seems good to you, including a better diet, cycle ideas, workout questions, pct, etc and we'll help you tweak it. we just prefer that people do their own homework, these are powerful compounds and you owe it to yourself to learn about them before you start using them.
