When should i take Clomid/Nolvadex doses?

Hi, i plan for the below cycle/pct:

1-12 Weeks Test E @ 250mg x 2 times per week
15-18 Nolva 40/20/20/20
15-18 Clomid 100/50/50/50

My concern here is about spacing out the doses for Nolva/Clomid per day, will it be more beneficial to split the required doses in the morning and in the night?

I take them all at once, at night.

thanks, i read that Clomid is preferred to be taken at night before sleeping...
