Just Had First Shot!

So I finally did it. And I was shitting my pants ha..
I took a hot shower first, warmed my amp full of Omnadren .
Drew it up with a 23 gauge, switched to a 25g 1'
I was so nervouse, but the needle went right into my delt with ease, no pain.

few questions.

I was very nervouse and forgot to clean the area with the alcohol pad. I know Im a dumbass.
I just got out of the shower though, so I was clean. I should be OK right? I will NEVER make that mistake again.

second when I tried to aspirate it was really hard to pull the plunger back, the harder I pulled the more I was moving the needle. I just gave a good pull back, but I didnt see anything, no blood nor bubbles, so I shot it. How hard do I really need to pull back?
No pain during shot or immediately after, but it's been about 20 mins and my delts pretty damn sore. Perfectly normal right?

Yea it is hard to pull the plunger back .... Also try ( i know its hard to do the first few times) to keep from moving the needle around ( it can make it get really sore)...

might have soreness in the morning ( but maybe not).. You should be good to go ..

Your post cracked me up. I remember my first time. (i have not done a cycle for building purposes yet - but I have been shooting for medical reasons for years)
I was just like you. I was actually sweating...dripping off my face! LOL I forgot the swab to!
Don't sweat it. You will be fine. Dont EVER do it again but you will be fine. Just watch it closely and your typical sorness might last 2 days and could possible by fairly painfull if you moved the needle all around trying to aspirate like I did my first time. The pain I had when I moved the needle around to much felt kind of like I got punched in the muscle the next 2 days. If your pain is like that you are fine. If it lasts more than 2 days or more importantly if the pain gets worse let someone here know right away.
It gets easier with time!

I just did my first shot ever 2 days ago, Had a similar experience to you, but instead of forgetting to clean - i was so excited after i put the needle in i start injecting and forgot ot aspiriate!!!!!!

I felt so stupid afterwards - even had written our the instructions and had them infront of me on a piece of paper!

Luckily i felt fine afterwards so was obviously in muscle.

First time is pretty crazy....I just did it and got it over with and it hit me like 15 mins later....."holy shit, i just inject myself full of steroids " lol. Now it's a piece of cake...get a routine down and you wont even think twice.

And you'll be fine, just coming out of the shower I wouldn't worry to much about it.

thanks guys, I feel fine today. A little soreness just like I was punched in the shoulder. First6 hit it on the head.
