hey guys, been reading alot on this forum there's so much information im not sure what to use, pretty much im looking to cut down a touch(im about 13% bf as of this morning, would like to get under 8-10%) and gain some massive strength but dont want to gain hardly any size, what would anyone recommend as strength is the main focus as i have a comp coming up, would like to take orals as i dont like the thought of importing vials into Aus after some of my mates have been caught. any help would be great,
