pct after 1st cycle

so im planning my first cycle of test e , 500mgs once a week for 12 weeks .
if i get any ichy or sore nips start taking 20mgs of nolva a day then 10mgs when settled , till finish 12 wk course .
2 wks after il start my pct of nolva and clomid ,
what mgs am i looking at taking for nolva/clomid ?

age 37
200lbs
6ft 4in
low body fat
clean diet
4 years gym 3 to five times a wk

I would go 100/50/50/50 and 40/20/20/20

What this means is the first week the clomid dose would be 100mg/day, every day, and for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4the week the dose would be 50mg/day every day, the nolva doses would be as listed respectively. Time of day won't matter.

How come you don't front load like many say to do? What about HCG during the whole cycle like many say to do? "Cycles for the Newbie" by The Mud Man recommends "anti-e's 2 weeks prior to the start of they cycle." I don't know why the vets reading your thread don't critique your cycle with the ideas they support elsewhere? I am trying to design my 2nd cycle and there seems to be too much debate and recommendations for a newbie to know what to do. And the gear as recommended is not exactly what's accessible to make matters tougher on a newbie.

Also OP I would prefer arimidex at .25mg/eod if needed on cycle.

Hey man ! I would also suggest that you split that test dose. I would take 250mgs twice a week. That will reduce your chances of experiencing some sides.

Prefer arimidex to what? Prefer it to Nolvadex or clomid? Or prefer to use it also as a 3rd substance along with Nolvadex and clomid? Thanks

Sandiego you need to understand that there are many ways to cycle, and many different theories behind it. Based on some of your posts you seem to think if one educational post relates a theory, then that is the only way to do something and anyone who doesn't advise as such is wrong. I personally do not like to use an ai on cycle unless sides call for it. Estrogen is needed to grow and not everyone has estrogen related sides. I did not suggest altering his cycle because there is no reason for him to.
