    Some cycle help please!!

    Ok, I'm trying to get some help on my next cycle.

    Stats
    Weight: 178
    Height: 6'
    Age: 29

    Goals
    Trying to get to between 190 and 195lbs.
    Increase muscle mass and strength
    Trying to do something that has a reasonably short detection time but will also no get in the way of a sport like rugby...

    Keeping in mind that I respond to pretty low doses I'm thinking of doing a Tren/Prop cycle and possibly some Winny as well or would that not be good while playing sport?

    I'd go with 75mg of Tren every day for the first two weeks, eod for the next 4 and then back to every day for the last two weeks.

    I did only Tren the last time but don't want to risk not taking test with it this time so what what you recommend with the test. Do I start it a couple days before starting Tren and keep it going after the Tren is finished? Also, what dosage/CC's and how many time per week? Will the test help prevent my joints etc. drying out?

    Also, do I start clomid a week after my cycle is done or do I need to be taking something during the cycle as well? Is clomid the best option?

    Lots of questions I know.

    i think u can get up to 200 lbs easily with just dieting..u shouldnt be juicing my friend

    U might want to add some nolva to that clomid.

    Diet is decent.

    wrath - appreciate the comment but diet alone is not something that gets me to gain weight, I've tried.....only thing that helped in the past was a cycle...

    Did you run tren by itself? What were the results?
    Start everything on day 1 and run test 1-2 weeks longer than tren for a easier transition into pct. I stopped everything at the same time and it was hard. You could run win and stop it the same time as the test p.

    come on bro. you are 6ft 178 with previous cycle exp.

    Your diet isn't good at all and your training prob isn't the best either. It's hard to hear that you done need gear but it is the truth. There is no such thing as a hardgainer, just ppl with poor diets

    sorry but totally disagree. If i up my macros and calories to gain weight all it does is speed up my metabolism.
    Im more of a believer that genetics play far superior roll in body weight than diets.
