Help plz
im posting this thread again as i posted in wrong section before
right i have just started my cycle.
this is my first ever cycle, as adviced by friends and source wich i obtain gear from my cycle is
a 10 week cycle
200mg 2ml shot a week of deca
and 250mg 2ml shot of sustanol
thid been my first cycle and doses been quite small i was adviced that i wouldt really need a pct and i shouldt see any side effects
my question been is this right, so far i had my first shot and im due for my second one is 2 days, should i continue this cycle in this manner or do i need to change anything
by the way i am 21 years old, 6,4 and weight 18st
if pct can you recomend one ideally with out injections, prefer tablets
any help is appreciated,

That's not a good first cycle, you're young to be on a cycle, and of course you would need a pct.
What is your body fat%?

as body fat goes no idea never messure it
been trainning quite hard for a year with a srict diet, very low in calories
and loss weight really quickly, from 22st6 to 18st
and in regards to pct what should i use

BF% is important. You can go online and look up a standard BMI chart and figure it out from there. The higher your BF%, then the greater the chances you have if you run a cycle for some serious health issues.

right i have just found my bmi it is 28.1

Lets not go with any steroids right now. First thing you want to do is drop your weight and BF%.
What does your diet look like?
How long have you been training?
18 stone = 252lbs

any suggestions on pct or precautions i should take,
i know i should really have look into this more throughtly to beging with, but as many young guys is all a rush,

well my diet is morning around 6am cereals, with semi skind milk, after training around 9pm protein shake, around 12pm boild rice, at 3pm pasta with tuna, at 6.30 chicken breasts, same again at 9.30 and at 2 am protein shake and yes around 4 hours sleep a day,

I can tell you about Precautions.... at your weight and height, steroids may end up doing more harm than good for you.
Besides that, I still think you are too young to be doing any AAS. Have you read our educational stickies?

as educatioal stickies go not really.
my main concer is that i have allready started the cycle i know the age ideally should be from 25 upwards at least,
i was looking for adviced while on this cycle to either alter the doses or some kind of supplement or substance to counter any possible effects of this cycle,

If you have only injected once, stop now. Lets make sure you are prepared before you get any deeper into this. I know you prob dont want to stop, but for your sake, dont do anymore.

ok, based on my diet and my exercise routine, that is 4 days a week for around 2 hour a session what improvements can i make to speed up the process

Speed up the process? You can only go as fast as your body allows you to go. You dont want to start any AAS until your body has reached its natural full potential.
Your diet needs work for sure. Our diet section can help you a lot. Post up your diet in there and let them critique it to meet your goals.
Exercise routine, just depends, again on what your goals are.
Diet is what you need to work on right now. Lets start with that.

My advice is to stop the cycle, run a full pct, and tweak your diet and training. There are threads in each section telling you what to do, read them then post any questions in the related sections.

thanks that is very good advice, the reason i was taking them in first place was my frinds did very similar cycles with great results, but hten again they have beentrainning longer than me they have lowe bmi`s and the 25 and over
so i see what you are saying
thanks for the advice, preffer to learn in this manner rather than the hard way
