    Getting fatter around the hips and lower stomac

    Hey guys, ive been off cycle for a little bit. Other than getting the swine flu and losing a ton of my gains, my strength is now pretty close to where it was when i finished cycle.
    My libido is HIGH as ****..actually it has been the entire time...it enver really dropped that muhc..maybe slightly

    on antoher note...im eating like a mofo, hitting the weight gain shakes, and doing about 4400 calories a day.

    But, i want to reduce the fat around my hips and lower abs. Ive still got a six pack persay...im just noticing some excess fat in the hips and lower abdominal section

    does anyone have any advice to removing this? would i have to completely revamp my diet?

    Run a quick cycle of clen + intense cardio? Also revisit the diet now that you recovered from swine flu.

    5'9 was up to a little over 190... lost a bunch after swine...seems to have come back..but some in the form of a bit of fat...nonetheless, im probably hovering around there. gotta check at the gym tmw

    Add a little test. Some areas are harder to get rid of fat from,esp lower abs and hips. I have the same thing if thats any comfort.

    i just came off cycle
    cant add any test for a little while now
    its frustrating.
    ive alwys been rock solid..its just the botom abs and the fkin hipss...its GOTTA go.
    so its a no go on the clen without the test?

    You look pretty good in avi..but there are many who uses clen after a cycle,just keep the kcal up in pct..very important.

    Increase your cardio especially in the mornings on a empty stomach, also look into carb cycling which should if implemented right achieve your goals.

    Im starting to increase cardio next week(gonna change my diet slightly first, so shopping next week)
    but
    any insight on clen and the loss of muscle? would i need to eat more? way around it?

    Clen is pretty muscle sparring if you ask me. It has some anti-catabolic effects. They go away after 18 days though, so stick to the two weeks on, two weeks off method. You should be fine. If you actually do burn off muscle with Clen, it will be very little.

    When should he take the Clen? During PCT or after? I'm in a similar situation and have 2 weeks left on my cycle but have gained a bit of fat in the same area and want to get rid of it ASAP.

    as long as the diet is on point you should be able to counteract the catabolic tendency of the clen. calorie restricted always runs a chance of eating muscle but as long as you keep the diet on point it can be minimized.

    Op I would loose the weight gainers those have some nasty numbers there

    Im using ISO mass...which is pretty clean. 4grams of fat for a full 155g serving
    should be ok?
