Hey guys, ive been off cycle for a little bit. Other than getting the swine flu and losing a ton of my gains, my strength is now pretty close to where it was when i finished cycle.
My libido is HIGH as ****..actually it has been the entire time...it enver really dropped that muhc..maybe slightly
on antoher note...im eating like a mofo, hitting the weight gain shakes, and doing about 4400 calories a day.
But, i want to reduce the fat around my hips and lower abs. Ive still got a six pack persay...im just noticing some excess fat in the hips and lower abdominal section
does anyone have any advice to removing this? would i have to completely revamp my diet?
