    yes. if diet and cardio are in check, if your old enough, and take proper dosages, with proper PCT. if your asking a question like that, no offense but youve got to do some more research before you do this because its obvious you dont know much at all about these compounds. to further evaluate your situation, were gonna need some stats

    Ok this will be my first cycle stats r
    height 6foot 5
    weight 325
    bf% over 20%
    i have been trainning for 2 years str8
    im going to be using nolvadex for my pct

    everyone here will tell you you have too much BF to run a cycle. having that much puts you at more risk to developing bad sides such as high BP and estrogen related side effects. it is POSSIBLE to run a cycle with high bf? yes, but its not a good idea, and if you get your BF down before you cycle, trust me youll be so much happier with the results.

    my suggestion is to cut down to AT LEAST 15% BF naturally, lower if possible. then, start using clen and cut up some more, try to get to 10/12%. THEN look into possibly starting a bulking cycle with test e or c 4 to 500mgs per week 2 shots a week 3.5 days apart.

    nolva IMO is not enough for PCT, get some clomid and run both at the same time. also you should pick up an AI, to combat estrogen related side effects caused by the test, and run it on cycle if needed. let me know if you have anymore questions, but follow what ive said, and youll be MUCH happier with the end result.

    I have one questoin so its not a good idea to run clen by itself now to help get my bf% down??

    what would you guys suggest for a cycle like that? i know its person dependent but give me a roundabout answer

    You can run the clen by itself fine where your at, but do alot of research into it first, whats your diet like? and workout/cardio daily routine like also?

    Ok my diet is mostly white meats right now i eat 3 times a day i just started back up on cardio sine i was sick for a week with this nasty cold 4 times a week and im going to bump that up to 6 days while on the clen plus i train 5 days a week with weights for an hour and a half and my cardio sessoin is for an hour at a time with running and elliptical machine non stop Thanks bro

    185ish
    bf 13-14%
    no cycle exp
    training bout 4.5 years

    and currently deployed in afghan on a remote outpost

    to the op, ive done clen with test e, kept fluid rentention down also as well as keeping bf and check, go for it when, as stated above, you get down to 12-14% bf
