my age is 28 years also
everyone here will tell you you have too much BF to run a cycle. having that much puts you at more risk to developing bad sides such as high BP and estrogen related side effects. it is POSSIBLE to run a cycle with high bf? yes, but its not a good idea, and if you get your BF down before you cycle, trust me youll be so much happier with the results.
my suggestion is to cut down to AT LEAST 15% BF naturally, lower if possible. then, start using clen and cut up some more, try to get to 10/12%. THEN look into possibly starting a bulking cycle with test e or c 4 to 500mgs per week 2 shots a week 3.5 days apart.
nolva IMO is not enough for PCT, get some clomid and run both at the same time. also you should pick up an AI, to combat estrogen related side effects caused by the test, and run it on cycle if needed. let me know if you have anymore questions, but follow what ive said, and youll be MUCH happier with the end result.

Ok my diet is mostly white meats right now i eat 3 times a day i just started back up on cardio sine i was sick for a week with this nasty cold 4 times a week and im going to bump that up to 6 days while on the clen plus i train 5 days a week with weights for an hour and a half and my cardio sessoin is for an hour at a time with running and elliptical machine non stop Thanks bro

to the op, ive done clen with test e, kept fluid rentention down also as well as keeping bf and check, go for it when, as stated above, you get down to 12-14% bf
you're too fat
cut more with diet and cardio
