1st cycle (3 years ago)
D-bol to jumpstart, cant remember the dose
400mg/week deca (shot 2 times a week 200mg each shot)
500mg/week sustanon (shot eod 125mg each shot)
4000-6000 cal per day
Result: Excellent muscle gain. Worked my ass off 3x a week for 45 minutes each session. The D-bol was clogging the sink with all my hair I was losing and I was retaining major water, it was terrible so I discontinued that immediately and a couple weeks later I was back to normal. The deca and sustanon didnt have any ill effects as far as I could tell. Didn't spend the time I was supposed to on PCT and lost a good majority of the gains, also got gyno pretty bad.
I have been doing research and see alot of deca/test e, deca/omna, some anadrol mixed in. Not so sure about the anadrol but I am pretty sure the test would agree with me.
This 2nd cycle my goal is to pack on some muscle, not interested in gaining a ton of water weight to do it though. Need to be able to steer clear from the gyno and keep most of my gains. Need also a strong PCT and leaning program to get rid of any water weight I do gain.
Overall opinions wanted
-What is working today (last cycle 3 years ago) as far as a bulker
-I am prone to gyno so I need something to combat that
-Need a strong PCT program
-Want to be able to trim the fat once the cycle is complete
-Need to trim my BF% after cycle is complete
-Any diet opinions would be great also
