Yea, strength was up several days after start and it wasn't just psychological. I'd say within one full week I had a huge strength increase and broke through a year long plateau.

Thanks BJJ I've done several cycles, and im recovering from gyno surgery. Just wanted the var to be kicked in by the time i can really lift(and save some muscle). I saw your threads bro, sorry to hear about that doctor, but shit... i wouldn't want to run into you in the ring

For me Var hit me in a few days. First effects I saw were much better pumps than usual. I have a log on here you can check out. I loved Var, used it 35 days at 40mg
