Clen temp question

Hey guys I'm currently on day 13 of my clen cycle and have had good results so far. My temp is staying elevated, just checked it and it was 99.4 orally. I am planning on starting the benadryl after day 14, however, if my temp continues to stay elevated after day 14 would it be necessary to take the benadryl or would it be better to wait to start the benadryl when my temp starts to return to normal? thanks

i though the point of taking it is to keep your temp regular thru out?
