REsults are in and its bad.. please help!!!

I got my results== did test because I was having sexual problems== history of 3 years steroids usage..

test=65pg/ml
estradiol- 1.4 pg /ml which is practically lower minimum for both.

what should I do? really need help!

How old are you? maybe HRT just depends. You can maybe do some PCT to get things back up also. give us some info on your usage

age=28years old

steroid hx:

age 21-24

3 years of history of multiple test, cycled with deca , sustenon, Fina, winstrol or methyl test,

I did pct but I dont think they were good enough- 2 -3 weeks after each cycle clomid and nolvedex

Did you just come off a test cycle?

There's a couple things you can do to get your test levels back up but I need to know if you just recently ran a cycle..... if you ran pct.... hcg ....

I did two different saliva test-

not gone to doctor yet.. hard to get fam doc here but I have to to walkin so tahstw hy its a little hard and I opted to go for saliva test.

HAzard- I have not done steroids in 4 years. and never used HCG .

1st thing to do is to make an appointment and get bloodwork done..... full panel.

There are a couple things you can try..... nolva for a few weeks and see if it increases test levels.

HCG is used as a last resort off cycle to bring levels back..... not a crazy dose..... but maybe 150 iu's ed for a couple weeks.

You should go see an endocrinologist as he will be your best bet to restore your levels. Unfortunately or fortunately (depending on how you look at it) HRT may be in your future if your levels can't be restored.

Go to a real doctor, tell him your history, and get under medical care. He's not gonna send call the cops on you it violates HIPAA regulations. Sorry man, there comes a point where people living far away who only know you from your posts on the internet can't really help you too much.
