    Lightbulb Can some vets review my first cycle?

    Stats
    Age:24 years old
    Weight: 142 lbs
    Height: 5'7
    Been lifting for a year now.

    Okay! This is my second post and I'm considering doing roids. Now, I've done all the research and I think I've found a suitable 12-week cycle. Anavar . (I've got a reliable source, and the money to do it)

    Here is what I think I'm doing for the cycle.
    Week 1-4: 20mgs of anavar a day. at breakfast and dinner.
    Week 1-8: 25mgs of anavar a day. 10mgs at breakfast, 5mgs at lunch, 10mgs at dinner.
    Week 8-12: 30mgs of anavar a day. 10 mgs at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

    You need a bit more time in the gym than 12 months, you need to build a solid base and get some natural weight and mass on your frame, you will also need work in the diet department, post your diet lets have a look at it.

    I think I'm ready for the steroids . It's really been more like 2 years. But only for the last year or so I have been serious about it. I don't have much of a diet. The only thing that stays the same with my diet is the protein shakes I do. I do 2 whey shakes a day. I was going to look in the diet forums to get some more ideas.

    Your not ready for AAS, you havent been training long enough to build a base for AAS and I know your diet needs serious work, it takes time to sort your diet out and at your weight you can gain alot more naturally with more intyense training and a good basic diet. Sort your diet out and you need to train for another year at least, post your exact diet, what you eat in one day!

    Brother, do you really want to have 10 cycles under your belt before you hit 200lbs? By the time you hit a decent weight you will be on hrt. Not to mention, your liver might be black. Two protein shakes a day is fine if you are getting in about 200g protein from whole foods. I doubt you are getting that. Throw some weight onto that frame of yours. You will thank yourself in the long run

    Alright I'll post the diet. I've know people who never have lifted weights in the entire life, took steroids , and bulked up like crazy. I'll waiting three more months before taking avanar according to your advice.

    Breakfast:
    2 eggs and sausage links
    biscuit
    slices of ham
    one scoop of whey protein shake
    sometime cereal or oatmeal,

    Lunch:
    Its either one of these 4
    1.Rice and noodles and chicken
    2.Fries and chicken sandwich
    3.Personal pizza (meat lovers)
    4.Chicken strips with salad

    I now spend two hours at the gym.

    Dinner:
    Can be any of these
    1.some type of fish or meat
    2.pasta
    3.beef stew
    4. potatoes and veggies
    I always have another scoop of whey.

    My advice wasnt to wait 3 months, it was to train for another year at least and sort your diet out, your diet needs completely re-designing, you wont build nothing on that except your BF.

    Go down to the diet section and read the stickies you have alot further to go before cycling.

    No offense but this is a diet that my grandfather consumes in an old age home.

    Try feeding your muscles all throughout the day... like every 3 hours. I am having trouble doing it myself, but I am trying. I cannot offer the best advice because I am seeking it myself.

    For your friends who bulked up with steroids and didn't go to the gym.... keep an eye on them. Watch what happens to them when they cannot cycle anymore.

    Hahaha yeah one of my friends was on dbol . when he was off the cycle it looked like he lost 50 pounds. just comes to show ya..
