Alright I'll post the diet. I've know people who never have lifted weights in the entire life, took steroids, and bulked up like crazy. I'll waiting three more months before taking avanar according to your advice.
Breakfast:
2 eggs and sausage links
biscuit
slices of ham

one scoop of whey protein shake
sometime cereal or oatmeal,
Lunch:
Its either one of these 4
1.Rice and noodles and chicken
2.Fries and chicken sandwich
3.Personal pizza (meat lovers)
4.Chicken strips with salad
I now spend two hours at the gym.
Dinner:
Can be any of these
1.some type of fish or meat
2.pasta
3.beef stew
4. potatoes and veggies
I always have another scoop of whey.
