Your body is not in shape for a bulk, because you will look more sloppy. I would increase protein to close to 400g per day and keep carbs at 200ish (these are just esimates, head over to the diet forum to figrue this out) the reason being your body metabolises protein and your sysnethesis of the protein is through the rough. This will allow you to add some mass, but also cutting bf. I would get on that cardio 3-4 times a week too
