advise needed, What do u recommend ?
hey again guys,
i'm on Testoviron (test e) cycle thats week 4, results are pretty good for now (not completely satisfied), did some blood tests everything is normal and is looking great, as for now i didn't notice any side effects maybe just 1 or 2 acnes on the back, not a big deal..
I'm 15 % body fat (i didn't know that untill i did the body fat test) however i was told to add stanazol to the back end of my cycle which is supposed to be week 4-10. (http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=404743 Post #3)
i have ilium stanabolic (stanazole), 50mg/ml (a 20 ml bottle)... what dosage do you recommend, taking into concideration i'm on Testoviron Monday morning and Thursday night (3.5 days) in addition for HCG on Friday 500 i.us.
any one advise me with a liver protection while on stanabolic ?

run ur stanbolic at 50mg daily for weeks 6-10
NOT 4-10 since it is liver toxic and 4 weeks is more then enough to be on it
as for liver protectent i think milk thistle seems to be popular
just google 'liver protectants' and im sure ull find heaps, plus info

look for something called liv-52 its supposed to be the best i took it during an m1t cycle

my advice would be to drink the winny and take a lil higher dose. The shots WILL KILL, destroyed my workouts at first and had to switch to oral pills, wish i would have known you could drink the winny then

if this is your first cycle id just keep to the test,, if not id get more winny, run it 6 wks at 50mg a day right up to pct,, so wks 6-12

winny will not help you loose 5% bf.....winny is great at make someone who is 10% look 8% but a week after your done with it your right back where you started.
And if your at 15% winny will do nothing to you, you will not see any physical changes in your appearance. If your running your cycle 10 weeks, I would get my bf down and if you get it down to 11 or so then maybe through the winny in for the last 4 weeks.
but i would not recomend it.

14-15 % bf
92 kg around 200lbs after my cycle (i was 88kg before)
1st cycle that i keep on taking..
3 years gym 1.3 years straight and 1.7 years on and off..

i personally like winny so i dont really care if you add it in there or not because by the time you do you will already know how test effects you. Just dont expect a whole lot more from it than some strenght and a little hardening of the muscle

i'm trying to get my bf % down but in that case i have to reduce my intake of protiens which is 250 to 300 g, even on carbs.. excess of proteins = fat
but in cycle i'm not sure if the body takes all the proteins and not store any fat..

Anabolics... Susbstances that Aid in the. Protein synthesis. ... Low fat low carb should be fine i dont see 300 g being enough to get u fat ( but thats just my uneducated advise)

ya 16 on a low end, your muslce development seems to be a bit low for a cycle, but we have come to far.
Your body is not in shape for a bulk, because you will look more sloppy. I would increase protein to close to 400g per day and keep carbs at 200ish (these are just esimates, head over to the diet forum to figrue this out) the reason being your body metabolises protein and your sysnethesis of the protein is through the rough. This will allow you to add some mass, but also cutting bf. I would get on that cardio 3-4 times a week too
