    another injection question

from those experienced with quadricep injections, does it matter which part of the quad one injects into?

for example if using 23-25g 1" pins, would you have to feel around where is least tense to inject? can you do the frontal part of the muscle, or does it have to be the outer?

also where has the least amount of pain/nerve strikes been reported? thanks.

i've been doing glute and delt injects only so far for my prop cycle, and i just did some b12 into my right quad, kinda on the front of it, a hand and a half above my knee. was kinda sensitive, but not too bad. any input is welcome.

    thank you.

I stay in the upper part of the quad, I stay away from the lower half.
