2 weeks of prop with no effect

Hey guys new to this site and just started my first course. Ive spent many hours reading up about steroid use and have just started my course just 2 weeks ago (12 days).
    First here are my stats.

    Age: 23
    Height: 175 cm
Weight: 81 kg. (78 at start)
BF%: dont know maybe about 13%??
    Cycle Exp: none
PCT Knowledge: have nolva and hopefully will get hcg for pct. will not be able to get an AI. I am also aware that many people recommend using hcg during cycle but was not able to get my hands on the stuff.
Training Exp: training consistently for approximately 5 years.

    Diet:

breakfast (8.30am)- 8 egg whites plus 1 egg yolk in a shake with a banana and a scoop of wpc (30g), + approx 150gm of oats with another banana.

11am - 200-250 grams of tuna with vegetables

    1 pm- 70 g almonds

    3pm - 250g chicken breast with vegetables

6pm- 200g of tuna with reduced fat cottage cheese

    9pm- protein shake.

Im currently taking approx 10-15 g creatine a day as well as approx 15g glutamine a day spread out over the day.

i have pre and post workout shakes consisting of 40g dextrose and 40g protein and my post workout meal also consists of brown rice.

i react to carb intake a fair bit so try to minimise it where possible.

My question is that a good mate at work got me some propionate and equipose. 50ml each. I am unsure of the concentration but was reassured several times that my dosage was normal. I felt in an uncomfortable position as I am very new to this and he is experienced (several courses).

Im taking 2.5mL of equipose twice a week and 1.67mL of propionate 3x a week.
I have been training very hard and eating well but have not seen any major results nor do I feel any different. I am slightly heavier but I think a good portion of that seems to be water retention (when i eat carbs i bloat a lot) , I do feel like my fat% has slightly increased and from the fact im always very full. From reading on this site it suggests that prop works within a week or so as it has a short half life. It is consistently painful the next day after the prop but im not really any stronger.

Does this seem normal? Sorry to waste anyones time if it is.

    Thanks guys

1.67mL? 167mg Prop EOD? Is that right? I am assuming it is Prop 100?

I'm guessin that is correct. Not positive but was assured that it was the correct dosage.

Muscle mass. Hoping to bulk up. Calculated my energy intake required to bulk and think I'm around the mark. Maybe slighly low. All I seem to be getting is fatter not bigger. I took before course and yesterday and couldn't notice any real different. If nothing else the equipose will kick in later but curious as to why the prop hasn't kicked in yet. Is it possible it has kicked in and I just can't really feel it? I've been told when it kicks in you really really feel it.

well im currently on prop and mine kicked in on the second week. The power increase is unbelievable. Give it another week or so but i recken your diet is not suitable. id drop the brown rice from daily diet and have it twice a week only. Take some carb like weet bix so you wont feel bloated. You need to switch morning breakfast and dont just stick with eggs. See a dietitian. Whats your workout routine?

your prb just setting yourself up for more than what they actually do. You should start seeing some strength increase soon but its usually not like BAMM i can feel them.

Nothing wrong, but better to have some whey as well so switchng breakfast is much better than sticking with eggs every day. Also good variety IMO.

adding whey to your eggs doesn't really switch it up everyday....whole foods are much better than any protein powder....and egg whites are one of the fastest digesting proteins out there....so yes eggs are thee perfect breakfast protein. not whey pro

not intended to switch it up, bulk it up alittle, hard to switch it up in this game, tend to eat the same meats day in day out, i get chicken, beef, fish, egg and dairy protein everyday

i prefer 1 cup of milk + half cup of oats mixed with it in addition to 2 spoons of natural honey, 30 mins later 6 egg whites and 2 complete eggs, 1.5 to 3 hours later take ur whey, or a protien bar, 2-3 hours later have ur lunch (chicken breast, fish, etc..) with brown rice or baked potato, 2 hours later have ur snack 1 spoon peanut butter, than workout than protien shake and as for dinner i prefer eating 2 cans of tuna (water).. and not to forget the most important thing to me is casien protein b4 bed keeps feeding muscles up to 12 hours...

thats wat i do, protien intake around 300 g carbs around 200 and fats around 60 g

PS: my advise don't eat the same thing every single day your body will be blocked and this will coz the protein intake to be stored as fat (my dietition said so)

A dietician probably would never suggest a proper anabolic diet to anyone even if your asking them for it. Theyre trained to help people eat balanced meals (whatever that means)

I think taking eggs every morning is shit but thats MO. Variety is a "must" in every healthy diet. I do morning eggs 4 times a week and oats 3 times but i also use either banana or fat free yogurt (200g) between breafast and lunch instead of fruit on non egg days. I just cant force myself to have eggs everyday! lol It works well for me this way. Then again, im on cutting diet so it might be different for someone who is bulking.

oops i'm fired :$ i knew u wouldnt understand wat i mean by the word blocked...

example: i used to take ephedrine in order to loose weight, eating the same exact food everyday, my weight reached 97kg and stopped decreasing (blocked) even though i kept on taking ephedrine.. thats who i meant it..

didnt understand due to the description word, not what you'd call very scientific, gaining and losing weight are two diff things. id reconsider tht dietician if i was you
