    tamoxifen/tamoxifen citrate usp

    is there a difference between the 2 had a mate tellme there is the latter being weaker ?????

    They are the same thing, USP just means US pharmacy grade, the other could be chinese or whatever, pharmaceutical grade is most always better if you can get it.

    the USP grade chems are very reliable. Go with the best pct chems.
