what other ancillaries (novaldex,arimidex,etc.) should I be taking with this next cycle. I already have my clomid on hand.

week 1-10 t-400 @ 400mg/wk
week 1-10 eq @ 400mg/wk
week 8-12 winny @ 50mg/eod
clomid 2 days after last winny 300/100/50 @ 21 days

also, does this look like a good cycle for my goal of 15lbs of lbm?
do you think gyno symptions are likely at these doses? i don't think i am perdisposed to gyno due to not having any symptions on my last cycle which was identical to this one except i had t-200 instead of t-400.

I would definately have nolva on hand. you should be fine as far as sides go with those moderate doses, but its better to be safe than sorry. Also, if you dont already the t400, use enanthate or cyp instead.

You’ll be fine I think, but t-400 kinda sucks its a pretty shitty product, my bro used it and had real bad pain from the injections and had to up his dose to 800 just to get rid of deca dick!! That tells me it’s a poor mg per ml maybe up it to say 600-800mg. 800mg are prolly more like 500-600 in reality.

Try and get some Galenikas. Best enanthate you can buy. If you want to keep the bloat down, run some arm. or fem. throughout. Definately have the nolva on hand
