ok guys im starting to wonder if the test is even working or it was just in my head.
I was lifting very hard for 2 years and i was 245lbs at 13%bf. then i stopped cold turkey from the gym for 8 whole months due to zero time to lift. So i then was around 200lbs! lost everything.
i started lifting again about 3-4 months ago and im starting to think and people are telling me its not the test its just muscle memory and im gaining my weight and strength back that i had. Cause i have been going up in weight and strength since i started back at the gym and now i have been stuck at 230-233lbs for the last 2-3 weeks.
With test you are supposed to be gaining strength and weight every week right?? Next monday is week 9 of my test e cycle at 750mg/week. What do you guys think? BTW my diet is in check 450g protien/day 4500-5000cals/day.
Any help would be great!
