Breakfast- 6-7 scrambled eggs (yes w yolk)
Weight gainer
Lunch- Varies, could be chicken breast, could be cold cut sandwhich, could be tuna salad, or fast food
Workout then- then protein shake
Dinner- Random, anything really, just always make sure to get at least 30 grams protien.
I realize the cholesterol is super high, but ive had bloodwork done and my total cholesterol is actually low. Although i feel as though ive been disrespected by multiple people ill post this just to show everyone im not a ****ing retard whos looking for a fast/easy way out and whos had a nice diet for years of his life.
Should also add on most days i eat 2 packets of oatmeal after waking up before anything else.
