Thread: Help with massive cycle

    Cool Help with massive cycle

    Im starting a cycle in a couple months that will consist of...

    -Test (250 ew)
    -Tren (50 ed)
    -Deca (150 ew)
    -Ghrp-6 (250 mcg after workouts?)
    -Hexarelin (100mcg before bed?)
    -Arimidex (small dose throughout, not gonna take while on tren tho)
    -Cabergoline
    PCT
    -Clomid
    -Nolvadex
    -Hcg

    Not sure the dates i should arrange them.
    Tren for the first 4 weeks or last?
    Take hex while on the ghrp-6, and tren?
    Hcg throughout?

    Ive only done a few cycles before this, the biggest were a 700mg test cyp ew (that i think was underdosed) and then 600 mg test with 300 mg deca ew.

    Any input would be great, im planning on gaining alot from this cycle so looking foward to any help.

    so if you have done 2 cycles in the past and just lets say you gained 15lbs of each cycle this means you started your 1st cycle at 150bls at 5,11 .

    i was giveing an example of what can be gained from the first few cycle done by someone who knows what there doing ,you must of started a cycle in thje range of 150-160lbs ,correct?

    Sorry if i got pissed but i felt like you were disrespecing my whole mindset saying "diet". As i said earlier im a certified trainer (not bragging just saying i know nutrition), but anyway my first cycle i was 170. Then i gained 10 pounds and lost 5, then gained 10 again and lost 5. Leaving me at 180 where im at now...

    Oh yea guess it would be good to say, im absolutely not into gearin up at a young age but i was one of the stupid 18 year old juicers who didnt know better. So anything i do now really has no detrimental effect. Also im 110% ectomorph with small bones so i may only weight 180, but i look like i weigh 200. (not bragging or anything, its just every1s bashing my light weight...)

    listen your saying you know about good dieting all all this shit about you being a trainer and this and that ,well i call total bull shit on you as your no were near ready for steroids and people are trying to open yur eyes to what you should be doing and that is workig on your diet for a good 4-5 years .

    see.... the problem with being young isn't "lack of knowledge" regarding diet..... or pct.... or even training. The problem lie's in the fact that your hormonal system may not be fully developed. Shutting yourself down so young can be damaging..... early hrt, ED problems, etc..... can be the result of an early age user.

    Also, I don't think anyone is intentional knocking you on your diet. It's just that 180-190lbs can be obtained naturally for someone 5'11" - thats why your diet was brought into question. If you wouldn't mind posting it up - i'm sure someone would be more than willing to critique it and give advice on it. (if it needs tweaking)

    So lemme get this straight... i have the same amount of muscle as a 200 pound guy, but because i only weigh 180 pounds with two bs cycles under my belt im a clueless dumbass?

    Although not what im looking for, at least you dont sound like your retarded. And like i said earlier, ive done test/deca at a young age, that ship sailed while ago. Stupid of me? Yes. Can i change the past? No.

    unless you have bird bones you prolly dont' have as much muscle as someone who is 200 pounds, your skeleton weights about 25#s for someone who is 180 #s so, if your ecto lets just say yours ways 15# (which it doesn't) then you wld be at 190#s

    Breakfast- 6-7 scrambled eggs (yes w yolk)
    Weight gainer
    Lunch- Varies, could be chicken breast, could be cold cut sandwhich, could be tuna salad, or fast food
    Workout then- then protein shake
    Dinner- Random, anything really, just always make sure to get at least 30 grams protien.

    I realize the cholesterol is super high, but ive had bloodwork done and my total cholesterol is actually low. Although i feel as though ive been disrespected by multiple people ill post this just to show everyone im not a ****ing retard whos looking for a fast/easy way out and whos had a nice diet for years of his life.

    Should also add on most days i eat 2 packets of oatmeal after waking up before anything else.
    Also this is my foundation, not including the random packets of tuna or snacks i eat.

    This is a horrible diet for someone trying to gain

    Lack of carbs, lack of protein, lack of essential fat, lack of organization, no amounts of macronutrients (protein/carbs/fats) and you do not know the amount of calories you get just kinda guess..

    Oats, sweet potatoes, rice,?? Your bulking right??

    Red meat?

    Fish oil and other fats?

    Would you like a quick example of a diet for someone trying to put on muscle>

    Yep the boys were right your diet is 100% the issue with the weight gain.

    My diet has a min of 200 grams of protien for one. For two, i love fast food i wont lie, its massive calories and i dont get fat. And for three go **** yourself, i dont preach fast food to my clients. Because obviously not everyones an ecto.

    Diet sucks and that is apoor cycle choice, one 19 nor compound with test would be better. That cycle is not huge by any standard, you can think what you want but your diet is off.

    What a quality trainer you must be. Probably work at some half ass gym that you only gotta pass 1st grade P.E. to be "certified".

    Change the attitude if you wanna progress, we are here to help you and instead of being critiqued, is that not your intent on coming online and asking, you act like a jerk. Realize everyone has things in their training programs that can be tweaked better.

    I was trying to get some advice, but i realize now nobody heres knows what the **** their talking about. I would sit here like many of you and argue endlessly, but sadly i have a busy life. Have fun trying to raise your self asteems acting like you have friends online which you have never even met. You guys are like the world of warcraft addicts, you just workout. Ill probably be depressed about how nobody here wanted to help me, but in a couple minutes ill realize my life is better than all of yours and your all grown men who cant get away from their computer.
