ive done a few cycles over the past few yrs, and im trying something new..... any LEGIT advice and or tips are welcome....... if you just wanna run your flapper then do it on someone elses thread....

this is what im thinking

1200mg of Test E and 200mg of tren a week..........

note ive never taken tren before.........

im 5'9 183lbs roughly 10%bf and the test....... i went from 145lbs to almost 175 on my last cycle.... with the same amount of test.......... so what are your suggestions

I really dont see no need to use that much test less than half of that would be good,what tren you running A or E

Sig is right bro............................ Why so much test? 500mg ew at your weight will be plenty. Save the rest for future cycles. Or, better yet, send me the left overs LOL.

I would HIGHLY suggest you run another 19 nor compound like Deca before you step on the tren train.
That way you'll see how you react to the prolactin build that happens with 19 nors like deca and tren.

Kinda sucks when Mr. Happy can no longer play!

do 600mg of test.......... and as far as mr happy not playin no more im in iraq and my wifes in the states so thats not even an issue at the moment... lmao ive taken deca b4 and i really didnt get any sides... for the first week and a half i was drained......... but other than that didnt notice anything. and its E on the tren . less sticks

I would run this:
1-12 weeks Test E 500mg PW
1-10 (or 11) weeks Tren E 600-700mg PW

I like to keep my tren higher then my test and have tren do all the work. Test is just there to keep my natty up

I dont think that high of TEST E is needed and depending the TREN ester use I would most likely adjust the dosage up slightly.

I would probably keep the tren dosage lower for a 1st time tren user..... especially tren E

to the OP..... definately lower the test like others have suggested. 500mg/wk should doit..... If you want totry tren - I'd suggest looking into tren A (acetate) because if the side effects become too harsh for you.... you can stop using it and the esther will be out of your system rather quick. Tren E will be active for about 2 weeks up stopping it's use.....

For the record.... was just recomending a lower dose because it was Tren E. I started off at 75mg's/day of Tren A I believe - 525mg's/wk - my body LOVES tren.....

Same, I started with 75mg ed and went to 100mg ed and my body loved it too.

Because tren is an androgen. Deca is an anabolic .

Tren is androgenic and anabolic ,just like decca and any other steroid .it just has a higher ratio of both compared to testosterone ,it is the strongest of all the steroids so you dont need as much,they only bad thing is there are some really bad sides with it for some people that they dont get with other steroids.

thanks. i do have on hand 1 10ml of EQ300... just incase the tren is to harsh... that way i switch and order more.

When my sides got too harsh,i lowered the tren and added some EQ to mine.

I was doing 100mg a day of tren ,and 50 mg of test a day. I dropped the tren to 100mmg EOD and added 200mg of eq a week.

ok thanks........... tren is some really strong stuff i hear and ive read alot about it. so thats y i had the EQ on hand so if things got bad i could switch............. note this is my first time using tren..... i hope to receive my gear soon......... ill keep you guys updated as the cycle goes on...... and im sure ill be asking for tren help............. you guys are awesome
