How to take nolva and clomid

how do you recommend taking nolva and clomid?
im doing
nolva 40/40/20/20
and clomid 100/100/50/50
but i was wondering should i split up the dose like other orals? like nolva 20mg in morning and 20 mg at night. and clomid 50mg in morning and 50 mg at night? or just take the full dose all in the morning? and should i keep the nolva seperate or not? like nolva in morning and clomid at night or just all at once?

right. the numbers PC650 gave refer to the amount taken everyday per week.

so, 40mg nolva per day for week 1 and 2. Then 20mg nolva per day for week 3 and 4.
