Well if he likes being a doctor and doesn't like risking his career, he's gonna run a mile. My guess is that he'd drop you as a patient because he doesn't want to be held responsible for any medical problems you have down the line.

I wouldn't tell my Family DR about anything Im doing. He doesn't like my supplementing with protein. Last time I saw him I was 240lbs and standing 5'8", he asked me if I was going the Barry Bonds route. I assured him I was all natural. Find a decent sports DR in your area if you need medical help. Tell him, if he's not happy, find another.

Don't say anything .....I told my doc and now is in my medical history.....great...
Not only that , my insurance won't cover some of the yearly tests , bc my blood pressure was just a bit high , and now the insurance say it's from steroids......****ing joke.....
And my blood pressure went down right after the cycle......but it don't matter to them

I have to disagree with the general consensus of withholding any information from your Dr.

There's a reason you see a Dr., and if you sincerely care about your health, you'd be upfront with them about everything.

I told my Dr. about my cycle when I saw him last time for some blood-work. I told him straight up that I'd prefer if he kept whatever I was about to share off the books. He put his pen down and sat back in his chair as any medical professional should do.

He only wrote down some notes on separate scratch pad after asking if it was OK with me, so he could consult his PA about some of the compounds I was using and at what times. He said he didn't have much experience with steroids and he wanted to be more thorough in his examination.

His PA was jacked too, like 230-240. Also, my Dr. asked what size needle I was injecting with etc and even gave advice on intramuscular injections for my delts. He said use 7/8" or 1" apposed to the 5/8" I was using. Straight up guy if you ask me.

Now, in regards to insurance, some of the blood tests may not be covered without proper documentation. So if you chose to do what I did, be aware you may have to pay for SOME of the additional blood work panels. However, they are cheap and well worth it for health sake.

I believe if you are going to make the commitment to do a steroid cycle of any sort, you should have the proper blood work done, and someone knowledgeable enough to interpret them to keep an eye on you, before during and after. Dr.'s are here to help, not to build a case against their patients.

    That's my 2 cents.

That's pretty cool your DR is working with you. But they all don't (I would bet most won't). I agree anyone using AAS should have some periodic testing. If you can afford AAS you can afford to see an alternate DR to look after you. Yes, you will have to pay out of pocket for testing. Although, my sports DR was able to bill my insurance for one of my blood tests. Can't remember the excuse he used, but it worked.

I wouldn't risk having AAS on my permanent medical record. Look around. You should be able to find a DR that specializes in sports medicine. If he works with any local teams, he will be well versed in AAS.

Most docs will let you go from fear of being sued..Keep quite unless you know them on a personal level.

Possibly. It really depends on your Doc and how will you know him. If I were you, I wouldn't take amphetamines (even on moderate doses) while on a steroid cycle, because gear in general (even test) is pretty hard on the cardiovascular system with things like elevated blood pressure and cholesterol.

This is the exact reason right here that you don't say shit to a doc about being on juice. He can guess and question you all he wants, but he has no proof as long as you don't tell him, so it won't end up on your record.

Insurance companies will screw you over for everything, and steroids is the perfect reason to deny coverage.

Remember kids, unless you are seriously ill, or on your death bed, keep your AAS usage to yourself.
