I need some professional, medical advice on using AAS while on corticosteriods. I'm a Crohn's disease patient that has had been inflicted with this disease since I was 14 years old. I was always very active and athletic through middle school and high school and was on prednisone. My coaches were always getting on to me and thinking that I wasn't working out as hard as everybody else in the gym, when actually I would be working harder. Now granted, I'm an ectomorph so that had something to do with some of my muscle gain problems. But I went all through middle school and high school with low self esteem because I wasn't getting that much stronger, and at times weaker! It wasn't until I was about 20 years old that I found out that all those years during my "sports days" in school the meds that I was on were actually "killing my muscles" so to say. Corticosteroids kill inflammation and we all know that is what is needed to help break down muscle so it can build up again even bigger and stronger. I've done a few cycles now and love how I feel and look for the most part. I've had several benefits to help my medical condition using AAS. My question is what will happen if I use both types of steroids at the same time? I'm having a bad flare up with my disease and they want to kill the inflammation in my intestines with corticosteriods again and I want to gain muscle and weight by doing AAS again. Please, if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction to find out the answers that would really mean a lot. Thank you.
