Do anabolic steroids make more assertive and self comfident????
Hi.
I have been wandering about this for a long time!
Do AAS give you more self confidence and assertiveness?

Yes they do at least in my case.

I would say that is an individual thing. I know for me that when I am cycling I am eating healthy, sleeping adequately, I have a heightened sense of well being and look better physically. Hence, I feel more self confident.

I don't notice any difference.

While on AAS I feel like nothing is a problem for me. So in my case, yes. But IMO, it depends on the person using, not everyone is the same.

this is actually too general to answer, there are many different kinds of steroids and many when used individually give far different feelings. testosterone for instance typically gives a feeling of confidence and well-being, that certainly doesn't mean every other steroid would do the same.

If you are an a-hole then steroids make you a bigger a-hole.
If you have no self esteem then steroids dont make you any more self confident. Ok maybe a little more self confident hehe.

Reseach is 100% CRUCIAL before doing AAS!
You need to about PCT, eliminating sides and about counterfeit AAS, otherwise you will get seriously screwd up!

I am excited to start my juice sometime next year.
I used to be SO scared of AAS but now that I there is so much info and I am well read on them I feel there is nothion to be worried bout.
What cycle should a beginner like myself do?
I am still confused on that matter.

I was afraid of them my whole life too. That is until one day I wanted to understand what I was so afraid of. I then decided to research. I found out that the fear was instilled by the media. AAS is very broad. I remember when I first came on here I was nervous because I saw all kinds of nomenclatures and dosages going on. All kinds of chemicals. My oinly advice... take it slow. Start by reading the beginner threads... because the mods really break it down in there.
After learning so much in such a short time, I have developed a respect for AAS. And I am glad that I waited so long to take the leap. You will get where you want to be- just take your time

I thought AAS were as bad as hard drugs b4!
But then a few years ago I started researching them and found out that they aint all that bad!
I think the media and governments overhypes the side effects!
I love reading about PCT and designing the cycle!
I have also learnt a GREAT DEAL in a matter of months and have much respect for AAS now!
I take what the media and governments say about everything with a WHOLE BUCKET of salt now!Last edited by GREAKWESSNIPES; 12-08-2009 at 10:24 AM.

AAS is only bad if abused. Same goes for Tylenol.... which is one of the leading causes of hepatoxicity in ER visits. Same goes for Alcohol (which kills at a BAC of .4). Same goes for smokeless tobacco(which causes tooth loss). The list goes on and on and on
