First time user,, need help..
Hey i'm about to jump into something that I was told was Methanex, i'm pretty sure this is a type of D bol.. It is in oral form i have 120. I'm wondering what to stack with to avoid estrogen spike or anything else and how to use it. I've gotten some Liver Aid pills and other simple things like this but I don't know what to do about an Estrogen Blocker or a PCT
Stats-
6'2" 175lbs
Flat Bench- 215lbs(max)
Incline-155lbs(5times)
If anything else is needed let me know.. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Also, i'm about to start swim season. I realize that gaining alot of muscle wouldn't be incredibly beneficial to swimming but if i'm not mistaken I think it'd help whatever I was working on. I'd be swimming mon-fri and lifting those days as well

Your to young to be using steroids , at 18 your natural test levels are massive why would you want to use something that is going to stop you producing test naturally?Take my advice and stay away from steroids fo the next 5 years

It'd be nice to gain 15 - 20 lbs of muscle in a few months. You know half the guys at this age have that desire.. Basically, it's annoying being a freakin stick and not being able to lift worth shit.... If I avoided that what would you recommend taking? I've messed with just simple proteins and creatine crap. I gained alot of weight from last may.. I was 155lbs then...

you best bet would be to concentrate on your diet and training you will amazed at how much a role diet plays in the ability to build muscle,if i were you i would post my diet in the diet forum get them boys to help you out with your diet once you have your diet sorted you will be able to reach your goals with the right training and more importantly without steroids

Thanks guys, makes since. Don't really know much about what it can do to my homeostasis levels so thats why i got on here today. I'll check the diet aspect out...
