I have been training for about four or five years and really serious for about a year and a half. I've been getting a lot stronger but I just get really cut not big my diet is really good usually real clean I get fat pretty easy so I stay away from crap foods. I was told test would be a good first cycle for me I just don't want to start before my bodies ready and I don't know what that is. Thanks for any help
