How many cc's can you shoot into your delts?
which way is the easiest to find the spot to inject into the delts.

The most I ever do is 2ml's, maybe 3. I think I did three ml's once and I was miserable for 4-5 days. I could not lift my arm.
Stick to 3 or less. I was doing deca/Sust.

i never went over 1ml

I go 1 ml and I hit the rear delts

I hit delts a lot and have never put no more than 3cc in one side but if you do more , i would recommend no more than 3cc on each side cause of the size of the muscles but thats just my opinion.

Start with 1, go to 1.5, then 2.

Your body will tell what it can handle.
