    Minimum time between cycles

I understand the general consensus is the time you spend on + PCT, is the length of time you should spend off.

ie. If you ran a 12 week cycle and 4 week PCT
You would not be able to cycle again for 16 weeks.

Is this the ABSOLUTE minimum amount of time before you are able to cycle again. Or if blood work is good and levels are back to normal 2 months after PCT finishes, is it possible to jump back on?

I would say if the bloodwork is ok..... you're technically ok to start.

However..... think about what you are putting your body through.....just when it normalizes..... BAM..... you throw it back off again.....
