1st when i done my 1st cycle that was test e and var i cut loads of fat and gained muscle i was around 18% bf and got down to 12 ish... then 6 month later i done a bulker sust/deca and blew up big but put alot of fat back on would say iam now around 16-17 %bf... its now been 3 months after my last cycle so my goal is to cut... what has really pi**ed me off is that after both cycle i lost like 80% of my gains... i did proper pct...
so now what iam thinking of doing is in 2 months starting a low test e cycle for 6 months at 250mg per week. with clen to cut up and gain a little extra mucle. i dont really want to do anymore big cycles this will be my last...
