First Cycle Questions....help please....
hello everyone,
i am new on this website but i figured this might be the best place for help....
i am currently an amateur mma fighter...im 6'3 200lbs..but the problem is i have very small legs...i have tried everything..mass gainers, creatine, NO, you name it....ive done it...its been 2 years of serious leg training and still no difference...just harder and more defenition....but no size...and for a guy my height it looks really bad to have a big upper body and small legs....
so i want to try my last and final shot on roids.....but heres the glitch
i want to make my legs bigger but i dont want to add that much size to my upper body as well....
i was thinking of running 8 weeks of test prop and NPP together....
but then again another guy who has experience told me to run 8 weeks of test prop and enan
then another guy told me to run test enan and deca durabolin
people keep giving me ideas and telling me different things
but ultimately i dont want my weight to go above 220 pounds and i still want lean size with no or little water retention....plus i want to add size to my legs...what would you guys reccomend...
thank you,
Rob

How small are your legs?
If you don't know how to get them to grow you need to tweak your Routine and Diet, AAS won't help you.
If you feel you still must cycle I think Test E for 12 weeks is the way to go. You might need Adex to control bloat issues.

Do not run deca as it will stay in your system for a very long time and even if you are not tested now things could chance and the detection time is very long.

problems such as what.....
and no they do not test in the amateur league i am in....and i also think that the last guy i fought was on steriods ....(ps i beat him anyways)...but it seems so unfair and it seems that most athletes are on it....and if i ever wanna consider pro...which i am considering...i should be in the best shape and strength and physical condition that i need to be

plus all of us in my family have small legs...my dad and my mom and my brother...its not just me....
a doctor told me it might be something genetic....thats why i wanna break my genetics....but still i didnt get the answer i wanted
should i do 8 weeks prop and npp
or
10 weeks enan and deca ?
and if none of those are my answer....what should i do?

Bad news Rob......... your not going to make it as an MMA fighter.
If you need to take juice to make it to the show. then once you get there your F**ked.
Champions usually end up taking gear when they are getting older and their test levels are naturally dropping. This is to help them stay on top.
Get calf injections.
Are you african american?

If you want your legs to grow - Deep back squats, Front squats, Deadlifts and for calfs sled pulls.
AND EAT LOTS.

I would throw in Stiff Leg Deadlifts in there too.
How much are you squating and benching?

Insane strength? I was 175lbs and benched 225 18 times, and I never considered myself to be insanely strong... Maybe I need to re-evaluate myself...
1998-
18 yo/ 167lbs and under power lifter
Bench - 315
Squat - 475
Dead lift - 500
Placed 6th in state finals... (Mississippi, small state!)
Not trying to measure penis length here, but...

OP I would try bill stars 5x5 it has you squatting 3 times a week and is proven solid. And will help with overall strength. If that doesnt help your legs IDK what will.

Nothing better for legs than squats (back or front, or both) and dead lift... Simple as that... For calf work, box jumps and running stairs have always been good for me. I also like jump lunges superset with back squat. Something like this:
5 sets
10 x JL (jump lunge) @ 35lbs each hand
8 x Back Squat @ 60% - 70% ORM (one rep max)
1 min rest, repeat
Warning! Walking the next day may be an issue... LOL. The first time I did the above, I was living in a two story house, miserable. It took 3 days before I could walk the stairs with out my hands on my knees... Just be prepared... It will get better though. Just keep crushing your legs. Make sure you recover, but keep the pressure on! Good form is a must to keep injuries away... You may want to look into some of the GymJones workouts for lower body. They are a little more tailored for your type of fitness goals than traditional weight lifting...

high metabolism lengthy build makes for tough situation to grow legs. your only hope to do it naturally is that your still young.
and i know if he eats 4000 calories a day for 6 months he will gain some weight in his legs but i dont call that natural
