Adex question

Ok, I've been taking 40mg nolva and .5mg of adex ed for a little over a week now. My gyno has completely subsided. What should I drop the adex and nolva to or should I continue like I am for longer?

If I were to stay on both, I would drop the nolva to 10mg/day and the adex to .25mg/eod.

hahah thanks for the help big, i'll start doing that today. The left nipple was really really puffy but now it's pretty much gone so hopefully that will keep it at bay. Thanks again.

I would do the same as Big suggested or you could drop the nolva totally and keep using the adex at.25mg/eod

I read that A-dex can lessen the effects of Nolva, but in Notorious's case... I think he only had those two compounds available. I would have made the same choice to administer both together in his situation.

It can lessen the effects but you still get an effect if you get what i mean lol

What is the reason behind stopping the nolva? I just looked over wars thread again and this is what he suggested

"FOR ON CYCLE ESTROGEN CONTROL"

Adex - .5mgs EOD (For first time users.)

If sides do not decrease much, you may increase the dose to .25mgs ED, or as high as .5mgs ED. I would not exceed 1mgs ED use under any circumstances, at that point, the use of Letro should be looked at.

"FOR GYNO REDUCTION"

Tamox - 40mgs ED (for the first 5 days.)

From there you can drop the dose to 20mgs ED, and if symptoms subside, continue use of 10mgs throughout the remainder of your cycle and into PCT.

For estrogen control because you dont have it anymore! if you feel better running both go right ahead, but I'd drop one of them if I dont have any syptoms anymore.
