test e or test c for 10-12 weeks. i dont think u should kickstart a 1st cycle with prop though, too much pinning for a 1st timer.
id suggest an oral kicker like dbol or tbol

Not to game on the oral bro. I heard alot of negitive things about oral cycles. So, i guess Test E for 10 wks for First cycle? Then PCT for 3 wks with Nolv Or ?
I just want to put on about 15 lbs of Muscle for now. Real sceptic about gyno. Should i have any worries with this cycle?
well orals alone are a no-no (depending on the oral), but if u want u can stack it alongside your test, u will be fine. a test only cycle is very good though, you do not NEED an oral
PCT would be 4 weeks with clomid and nolvadex
if you re worried about gyno, which is fine, you can run arimidex on your cycle to keep estrogen levels down in a good range

I'm not really interested in using an oral. I didn't mind the pinning with the Test E cycle so I don't think more frequent pinning would be a problem. Do you have any advice on how to organize a prop / test e cycle? How much of what and when? How long to run the prop? Thanks.

Well, I said on and off for like 7 yrs. Solid for almost a yr now. I am im an impatinte idot I guess. I am not trying to get into comps or anything. My goal is just to gain 15 more pounds and get a little stronger. 12 to 15 wk cycle and I am done. I have added more protein, carbs , and Fat g to my diet. Somewhere around 3500 calaries. Thanks For your input though!

why would you kick start with prop when you can just frontload the test E imo?
get an oral if you want to kickstart with something
and btw, marcus knows his stuff so it would do you well to take his advise on diet even if you got a fire in your pants to start juicing.
